How many users are included?
Each plan bundles a set number of users (1 / 2 / 3 / 6). Add more any time at $35 per user per month (NZD; US$25).
How do Standard and Premium modules work?
Each plan includes an allowance of Standard and Premium modules — for example Business covers 4 Standard + 2 Premium. One premium slot can be swapped for a standard module, and some premium modules include a standard module by default (Inventory includes Product Database).
Is API access really included?
Yes — the full REST API is included in every plan. There is no separate developer tier, and no per-agent or per-API-call charges.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like — you can also build your own plan from exactly the modules you need.
What payment methods do you take?
Card and bank transfer. Crypto is accepted with a small (3%) surcharge.
